Picked with fussy eyes
Every crate is opened, sniffed and tapped before it earns a spot on our table. Anything that does not taste like something we would serve our own family simply does not make the cut.
We are a small Singapore crew who grew up queueing at durian stalls and arguing about which stall was best. Makan Durian is our answer: fruit we would happily serve our own family, packed the same day it is opened.
Add your founding story, the farms you work with and what makes your crew different here.

We work in small daily batches so fruit moves from the orchard to your hands quickly. Nothing sits around waiting to be sold — when a batch is gone, we wait for the next good one.
Flesh is separated by hand, chilled straight away and sealed so the aroma stays inside the box and out of your lift lobby. It reaches you looking exactly like it did on our prep table.
